Culinary classes are underway.
FUEL Pizza is visiting all of the Field to Fork classrooms to teach the students how to make FUEL Pizza dough.
Fuel Pizza Managing Partner, Zach Current and Catering Coordinator, Sarah Hosseini review the FUEL Pizza dough recipe with the students.
We then mix all of the "secret" ingredients togther, and show them how yeast starts working in the dough to help it rise.
First, it starts off as a stringy, sticky mess.
But soon, after we knead the dough it becomes more smooth and flexible.
The students are then allowed to touch the dough and ask questions.
